Category Ko Lan

Ko Lan (also written Ko Larn) is a small Thai island in the Gulf of Thailand, located about 7.5 km from Pattaya on the eastern seaboard of Chonburi Province.

The island is roughly 4 km long and 2 km wide, with several white‑sand beaches on its western side, the most popular being Tawaen Beach, plus viewpoints and a hilltop Buddhist shrine.

Most visitors arrive from Pattaya’s Bali Hai Pier on 40‑minute ferries or faster speedboats, and use Ko Lan mainly for day trips to swim, relax, and enjoy water activities, although there are also some guesthouses and hotels for overnight stays.

Xanadu Beach Resort

Koh Larn — Coral Island — sits 7 km off the coast of Pattaya in the Gulf of Thailand, and Xanadu Beach Resort occupies one of its best positions: directly on Samae Beach, a quieter stretch of coastline that earns its reputation among those who know the island well.
